Research Experience:

Prof. Alessandro Baratta is member of the Centre of Competence in "Environmental Risk Monitoring - Section of Seismic Risk",  and also the associate to AIMETA (Italian Association for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics), to ANIDIS (National Association for Seismic Engineering), AIAS (Italian Association for the Analysis of Stresses, and to BMS (British Masonry Society); He also has been member of the Council of the British Masonry Society (2006-2008).  He is author or co-author of more than 350 published papers.
